My background in banking and accelerator programmes brought me close to the decisions entrepreneurs face: where to focus, what to build and how to move forward when everything feels important.

Sometimes the next step is a better question. Sometimes it’s a decision you’ve been avoiding. Sometimes it’s a process that needs rebuilding. We start with what is getting in your way.
We get specific about what you want your money, work and business to make possible. That becomes the basis for your decisions.
I’ll ask questions, offer perspective and challenge the patterns that keep you stuck. You remain the person making the decisions.
We turn insight into a decision, a plan or a better way of working—and put support around the follow-through.
The personal part

For me, freedom includes being close to family and building our everyday life in Dorset, where I grew up. For a long time, I treated that move as something that had to wait until the financial plan was finished.
Moving meant higher outgoings. But being where we wanted to live mattered enough to make the decision. The life was happening now.
I’m still building my own version: growing income, improving the systems and protecting time for the people I love. I don’t pretend that work is finished.
That is why I created The Freedom Game: a framework for defining your own win, making deliberate moves and protecting what matters as life changes.
I share the useful lessons and experiments in The Hub, the home for our growing community.
